Cepi magnetic water conditioner

Cepi magnetic waterconditionerThe Cepi-Co magnetic water conditioners work according to the principle of electro-magnetic induction and consist of a number of permanent magnets, which are placed on an exact designed distance.
The liquid flows between the magnets, forming crystallization centers in the liquid. When these are formed quickly in a saturated or over-saturated solution, a deposition of the scale-forming salts will occur.

The efficiency of the Cepi magnetic water conditioner is equal to the flow velocity and the magnetic field. The capacity of the Cepi has to be between a minimum and maximum limit to guarantee an optimum working efficiency.

The Cepi should be placed as close as possible to the object that has to be protected.
The water temperature itself is not very important, however the heat-flux is. Therefor quick heating has to be avoided.
The amount of iron and/or manganese has to be lower than 0.5 mg/l.

If the liquid contains a lot of parts that can be magnetized, a magnetic pre-filter should be used to prevent that the Cepi itself will clogg.
